I am a Veteran proudly serving the Texas Army National Guard. As my career is coming to an end, I am preparing for the next chapter of life. My daughter tried her luck with sourdough and quickly realized she was unable to make sourdough due to her allergies. This in turn resulted in me giving it a go. I was a quick learner and realized that I am a natural at it. I find the regimented process to be relaxing and enjoyable. I am always looking for the next recipie to try with sourdough. I look forward to see where life’s journey takes me with my new sourdough business!
